This item is a dispenser, and will give anyone a wearable, temp-attach balloon on touch.

Three colors are included in this set, and up to three sets can be combined into one dispenser. There are a zillion color options. Please see "related items" below for others.

The balloons shown in the main ad pic are the only colors/styles included with this set. Photos of other colors/styles are included to show the balloons in use. They all work the same way.

The dispenser's size can be altered, which has the potential to raise the Li, but the wearable balloons the dispensers give out are not modifiable.

The string on the balloon is not a straight mesh. It will move with you when you walk, swaying around, and the balloon will bob up and down.

The balloon itself has a hand-hold bento pose, but your avatar is otherwise free to move with your AO, sitting animations, etc.

To remove the item, simply click the balloon, and it will pop!

There are some limitations to this item. The first is while the string will follow your hand, the balloon will not move much when using an animation such as for dancing. The balloon follows your av, but animations with high amounts of moving do not communicate actual avatar movement to the item, (this is just how animations work.)

The second is the item has to be used in a place that allows the owner of the dispenser to rez on the land, constantly - whether they're logged in or not. The land dispenser owner also has to be able to "run scripts" on that land.

The land impact for each rezzed balloon is 1Li for the heart and rubber balloons, and 2Li for the dog and star balloons. Most sims have a limit of 50 avatars, so there is the potential of 100+ Li for the amount of time they would be rezzed. Please talk to your landlord before purchasing this item if available prims are an issue.

The third issue is crossing sim lines, or any place that does not allow object entry. If an avatar gets a balloon on sim A, then tries to cross onto sim B, the balloon will pop. If you have more than one sim, it would be wise to rez one on both sides of major sim crossing areas, so visitors could grab a new balloon.

As for object entry... even if the land allows the dispenser owner to rez, object entry must be turned on. If it is not turned on, the balloon might not rez, or it may rez, then pop immediately.

If there are multiple parcels on the same land, and an av walks from one with object entry turned on, to one with it turned off, the balloon will pop.

There is a nc included with useful information, and an additional script you can add to the item to check for issues. There is also a separate item to be swapped out in the dispenser if you are not able to have the AVSitter experience in use for your land. The item is best used with the AVSitter experience, but that's one land-related issue I am able to have some control over :)
