default start amount is 5 balloons.
rez time is randomized dont expect all the balloons to be rezed at once.
if a balloon exits the sim it will pop exept if the sim has the same owner or same name as the origional rezed sim.
menu functions:
AddBalloon:
increases the amount of balloons that will be rezed.
RemBalloon:
decreaces the amount of balloons that will be rezed.
Clean:
removes all Balloons and turns off rezer.
on:
activates rezer.
off:
deativates rezer without removing balloons
Done:
closes menu.
Balloons
clicking the ballon:
clicking sends th balloon flying away from you.
click and hold:
holding for 3 seconds pops the balloon.
