Took me a second to figure out that there's a command line. Be sure to pay attention to chat when you first rez it out after its unboxed. There's no note card telling you how to use it but again, pay attention to chat. It'll tell you what to do. Overall the balloons are really pretty and decorative. Great for a girl's birthday party.
