This tree house is about 30 meters in the air,
Tp buttons on the ground get you up to the deck area,
Fully furnished, working Piano that plays Faithfully by Journey,
Hot tub with sit poses on the rim, full Kitchen, A Tv that you can make disappear by a touch of a button, This home/tree fits 36 X 38 Foot Print, and just 89 prims when fully placed and rez box is taken back.

I have been asked a lot of times why i sell my builds so cheap.
I do it because i love what i do, Land prices keep going up. So why should you pay a lot for a home. My homes are of good quality. I cringe on texture flickers. I always go over and over and over again on my builds to assure there are none. But i don't have control of sl roll overs or the way things are rezzed.
All i can say is i try my very best to give the best product i can.
