This mesh mask may not fit every avatar's head, neither the furnished alpha.
But the full perm alpha can be modified with some image editing software.

While the mask does need a ton of work to fit even a normal head (its not rigged) what fell short for me was you need to wear the alpha but the included alpha is way to large so the back of your head will be gone with nothing covering it , but the mask itself does look nice.
