How it works:
User clicks the terminal.
Enters the password via the numeric keypad dialog.
If correct, the user is prompted to enter the withdrawal amount.
The terminal processes the payment and displays a log message.
Setup:
Edit the notecard config_settings:

Save and reset the script.
Grant debit permissions when prompted.
