One extra empty sign is included with the texture so you can make your own signs. Save the texture outside of SL on your pc and work on it with a program like photoshop, then bring it back into SL and put it on the sign.

PLEASE NOTE: If you want to attach these signs to your doors and have them move with them, the door has to be the main prim, otherwise they will stay in place like the house while the doors move. This means you probably have to detach your doors from your building, then link the signs to the doors.
