The Rez-faux-box do no terraforming!
The green side on the box shows the direction of rezzing.
Rezz the auto-rez-box to the ground and if you think you have the right setup and position, click rez on the blue menu.
If you see that parts not right click on “de-rez” move the box to another position an click on rezz again.
After you have rezz the bar you can move and rotate the rez-faux-box the building will follow the box.
If you have the right position click save to save the building in the position and unlink from the Rez-faux-box. Do not press store this will update all the positions from all the Parts to rez-faux-box (except you will that).
The The great Bar has 50 Prims and the small has 39 Prims.
all the parts are modify and copy, except the "Bardame" is only copy.
