For arm, wrist and thigh bends, please Add to your avatar. Then use a pose stand to adjust the position and size. To adjust the size, click on it and wait for the blue menu to appear on the top right hand screen. Select the desirable scale.
Usage Instruction

1. To begin using the items, just wear/add the bag/box to auto unpack into your inventory folder.
2. Find the folder and Add one of the clothing.
3. To change color type in local chat /2 menu to get the color change Menu
