Bargain Bin - Asylum Filler

The Bargain Bin range is a range of buildings that I've created a long time ago, that are now discontinued. I am now selling them at a bargain price! If you just need a quick building to put up to fill the spaces in your city or want a basic building template you'd like to work on yourself, then these are a good start to help you.
The Asylum Filler build is a faux building, so you can not enter it unless you modify it yourself. A filler or faux building is a display prop only to fill up the spaces in your city.
