Barracudaz Fishing Pier and Bar

This build was themed to show you what you can do with it as the theme is easily modified
if you like the Barracudaz theme, great. Use it.
If not, feel free to modify the build to your liking.
The Pier and Pier House are both ORIGINAL mesh.
Some furniture isn't original, but still is easily modified.
Entire build is about 98% mesh.

Pier and pier house is appr 58 X 11 meters - 48 prim
Parking lot is appr 24 X 24 meters. - 5 prim
Entire build together is appr 82 X 24 meters (***see below)
The parking lot and bulkhead is not linked so you can have the choice to use it or use your own.
***You can even split the parking lot up and cut off 12 meters
Stools and chairs have 1 animation in each. Feel free to use your own anims and scripts.
Table Cloth is just a square texture - easy to modify.
My own custom texture for the stool is included so that you may color the seat how you wish.
String light bulbs may be colored individually how you wish.
There are scripts in the light switch and some of the lights. Its recommended that you not remove these.

Barracudaz is a southeastern Atlantic style fishing pier and bar similar to those sprinkled along the beaches on the Atlantic Coast of the US and are enjoyed by surfers, fisherman and beach bunnies alike. Theyre great places to relax and party.

waited viewed this before buying I absolutely love it so glad I have it now look forward to using this,might have to put in somw 7seas over at mine
I love this building.
Its actually one of the first buildings that I have seen that is so detailed that you can almost picture yourself walking into it along Galveston's strand..
One small issue that the creator was very prompt in fixing for me.
The building is modify. So I can actually recommend for anyone looking to do a bit of furniture building - get the NPose scripting from marketplace. (That's actually free) I unlinked the chairs and was able to put the NPose, and the anims that the building came with, (my own included) into the chair with the scripting. Seriously, its not as hard as it sounds and it was very satisfying in being able to customize the interior the way I wanted.
I have set my Barracudaz bar & pier up for what else? Fishing! The 7Seas vendor and buoy actually look fairly nice with the build. Anywho, if your looking for a nice little fishing spot slash hangout, this is really nice. I do recommend it.
