This creation is designed to occupy 4096 sq.m and low number of prims, . The landscape is completely physical 100%
To install this you need a minimum 4096 sq.m .
Rez is very simple, just place the Rezfaux box in the middle of the land, and rez!
You have more possibilities change texture with very easy menu driven and choice Snow ,Sand, Grass and more.... or apply manually your owned texture One click and go! Land ground is changed!
If you have a waterland just rex box on the surface, if you have a terraformabile land with water using the with SL Water in both cases.
However, you can also use in Sky but in this case using animated water, it's your choice.

Well done
I do like this land base very much. The design of it is really good and looks perfect in the water, the choices of textures is nice as well. The waterway around the inner island makes for a nice swimming space, especially for younger ones or a nice harbour for shallow boats.
My only major criticism is I think the textures are too stretched and would look better at double what they are, but on the flip side the maker has made it super easy to retexture it with your own favorite landscape texture you want, got your favorite grass - go for it. no overly complex mesh texturing to combat when using your own textures.
