Updating this because the creator stepped up to resolve my issue..
Lera read my review and contacted me pretty quickly, After discussing what had taken place my issue was fixed. So in this case (not all step up to the plate to fix things) this was taken care of relatively quickly. As a result I'm change her rating to a 5 star because she did resolve things
