Basic version is just 11 prims! cleverly designed with low LI.
Furnished version is loaded with freebies and full-perm items. Kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and even the roof is furnished.

Included made by me:
*An animated painting easle. I made the animation and scripted it.
*Table on the roof npose added by myself.
*A new multi-sit system coded by me! Auto-menued drag animations and go! Based off jpose+dance script by panterapolnocy.resident n others.
