VKC® Pet Toys use the "VKC Toy System 2" Code which allows our pets to carry it very realistically in their mouths. These toys are also backwards compatible with the earlier VKC Dogs.
To have your pet fetch a toy to you tell him to get the toy. For example:
fido get dumbell
Where fido is the name of your pet and dumbell is the name of the toy.
If you just want him to carry the toy around with him, say:
fido take dumbell
He will then carry the toy until you tell him to drop it.
There are also two special VKC toys that have their own built in commands.
1. The redball. You can say fido fetch and he will go and get the redball, bring it to you and then drop it.
2. The vkc bone. This is the little kibble-bone that dogs like the Huskies and the Golden Retriever carry with them when they are first rezzed. You can say fido getbone and he will go and get the vkcbone, bring it to you and then drop it.
* What's the difference between the Cat Toys and the Dog Toys?
The VKC Cats will only pick up Cat Toys, they won't touch anything that they think might have dog drool on it. The dogs however, will pick up any of them.
You can always pick up the most recent copy of the free VKC Toys from the Kiosks near the Clinics in the Dog Parks.

A tough bone for tough dogs, perfect for my Pit bull !
Unfortunately it closes its doors and they no longer open any more pets for sale from this distributor and I wanted to show my support by getting all the toys in the store for my pets.
I hope that someday in the future he will return to bring us more happiness with these great pets, fortunately for me, it was a privilege to obtain a few of them for me of different species.

Great Toy!
It's a realistic toy, and my VKC dogs love it. I don't have a wolf yet, so I'm thrilled to have this bone to share with my dogs in the meantime!

This bone is included with the wolves. I am glad it is available for my other VKC Dogs. They love it. They think it looks mighty tasty. I think it looks absolutely minging.
