this is a prim with image, the door does not open and the towels are image, but if your looking for something low prim for just aesthetics then this is the one for you at only 2 prims

Nice textures, appropriate size, land impact = 2 prim. It would be even cooler if scripted, e.g. so you could open the cabinet door.
