*This home is designed to be partially submerged in the ground. Minimal terrain editing skills are required. If you choose not to edit your land and just place the home on the flat ground, I included (optional) staircase you can use.

I created this home originally back in 2011 and accidentally deleted it on MP last year. I decided that before i put it back, I should take a look at it. of course I found some things that (I felt) needed re-tweaking. with that being said...I give you the Bayview v2.0!
Upgraded plus a few extra goodies in the box. All for the same lo price.

The Bayview is a 3 story, up to 5 bedroom (depending on how you use the space), 3 bath home. It also includes a formal living room, dining room, family room, sun room with balcony, large decks on the 1st & 2nd floor, bay window, realistic fire light fireplaces and so much more.

Officially, I still sell all my homes unfurnished. Making a home your own unique is a very important part of the SL experience. But I do include some furnishings and useful accessories in the box.
