First mistake was not looking at the one review it had....listed as FULL PERM but was not!! I also sent a msg to the creator to correct this issue or mislabeled but no response....

Item is NOT Full Perm as shown, seller doesn't answer complaint.
Although this item is listed as Full Perm, it is NO copy. I requested correction, replacement or refund from seller,but received no repsonse.
