The beach hut becomes in 2 versions; with and without a deck.
The textures of the roof, floor inside, floor deck, sign, and inside & outside walls can be changed via a menu.
You can choose from:
- 7 floor inside textures
- 7 floor deck textures
- 4 roof textures
- 8 wood colors outside walls
- 7 textures inside walls
- 5 sign textures
- Side windows can be opened and closed

The menu has 3 options; Owner Only, All, or by List
(You can add people to the list so they can change the textures)
The beach hut is Modify, except for the scripts, these are Copy only.

8,5 x 6,5 m (without deck)
14 x 6,5 (with deck)
