This is a smaller version of my 27 prim Hut, if you are looking for reducing prims more. Modifiable, so can increase and decrease size with stretch. Transferable, The furniture is not included, Rug & Fan sold separately.

A great value
I've owned two of these and they are very solidly designed and built. The perfect place to sit and chill while looking out over the water. A bargain at L$50 or even L$100.
