Rustic Beach House with jetty. Steps lead up to the elevated decking directly from the beach or ground. The jetty is lower and closer to the water.
Three towels are included but these may be removed and no ugly shadows will remain on the wooden railings.
Doors are sliding and set for anyone as sold. If you hold your mouse pointer until it displays a hand and drag this away a configuration menu will appear. You can set access permissions here.
The interior surfaces may be retextured to provide variety if you intend using more than one build. Please set you textures to planar. They may be perfectly aligned using the standard SL menu.
The footprint, as sold, is approximately 24 * 20. You may change the size with the usual loss or gain in LI.
