Beach House Spirit is a tall house with 2 rooms.
It gives you a lot space at your beach or sea plot.
If you use the pier you can moor a boat at your house or even under it.
This house comes with 2 rezzers: one with and one without the piers /docks.
The piers are also separate in the box so you can change the setup as you wish.
The front door is lockable and the house has a window tint system for some privacy if needed.
I hope you enjoy living in it in the same way as I do.
