Beach House (full furnished)

This lovely house is delivered ready to use, with all what you need to share with your partner a beautifull time or just relax beside the ocean. As all my designs, this set has a really low prim count but preserving the quality of the look.

This is a perfect set for a small land with not too much free prims to spend, a ready-to-use rental house for landlords, or just a nice place to enjoy using less prims as possible.

Only the kitchen furniture and the cabinet in the upper floor are linked to the house, so you can arrange the furniture acording to your tastes, especially considering that all pieces are copyable, so you can put as many of them as you like.

The total prim count is 35 for the house (counting the linked furniture) and 60 counting all the rest of the pieces.

Here is a description of the furniture included:

* Armchair: Touch it to sit, and you can change the sitting animations with Shift/Left-Right arrow keys. The vertical position is also adjustable with PgUp-PgDown keys.

* Sofa: Touch the sofa and you will get a menu for couples sitting/cuddle animations.

* Rug: Texture changing script managed by touch allows you to choose any of the 25 rug textures included. It also have modify rights, so the size can be adjusted to your preference.

* Kitchen chairs: They have a sitting animation included, and there are two sitting versions. The set of two chairs and the table is only 4 prims !

* Kitchen furniture: Refrigerator with working door and original interior textures taken from real pictures. Sculpted sink and pipe with particle water stream operated touching the tap for start and stop the water flow.

* Bed: Texured to match the house style and using only 4 prims, this bed includes a couple sleep/cuddle/erotic menu with 36 animations.

* Rocking chair: Sit on the chair (there is a sitting animation included) and touch it to start and stop the rocking motion.

* Cupboard/cabinet: Full modify rights give you the chance to choose any position in the house adjusting size and shape.

You get a lot of furniture pieces in a low prim design that can be used also in other places, so is a great deal for this price.
