A nice little Beach hut to have on your favorite beach. It's big enough to have friends around but small enough so does not use all your space.
The hut is a nice red wood texture, with a glass bead curtain in the doorway and a covered porch for relaxing in your favorite rocking chair.
The bench inside has 2 places with 4 single seat animations (2 male, 2 female) and 2 nice couple/cuddle. These all use the AV sitter system so no glitchy poses or pose-balls.
Land Impact = 17 prims and the footprint is 12 m x 7.5 m
This set is Modify/Copy. It may say No Modify, but that only refers to the scripts.
- The bench uses the AV Sitter scripts.
- The hut has the Modify property, so you can alter size and textures if you like.
