A super Beach house that can be used as a Sky House or placed on the Beach. The house breaks away from the normal 'smart' looking house and is more in keeping with that found on the beach in many places, you have a large Top Deck to sit out on and watch the sea rolling by and 2 rooms to use as a bedroom and a lounge. The house comes with full security, locking doors, tint windows, and will fit on a plot that can take a 23x22 Footprint.
