Great products - stellar customer support
I bought several products from Scandinavian Homes. They are superb. This Beach Lounger Set is no different.
As to customer support:
First, I wanted to change the greeter text of a doormat. Poul came to the rescue without delay.
The next day, while unpacking, one of the items disappeared. This had nothing to do with the product but with the land. Poul immediately arranged for a redelivery although the issue originated at my end.
This of course goes way beyond standard customer service and support. I have no hesitation in recommending Scandinavian Homes.
Great furniture - wonderful builder
This beach furniture is a wonderful build and very affordable. I had a question and the builder Poul Forzane got right back to me. Where are the other 5 stars because he needs 10. :)
