You need 34x30m of free land.
Put the rezzer in the center of the area and touch it.
Package includes a grassy base for it if you need it.

If you want to move house, you have to select a house and
2 doors,can you then be moved in one.

Sometimes need change to set the doors to open x y coordinates.
right click on door edit and in contents open the script.
Change north and south coordinates and save.
Eg. northsouth -3 (left opening) 3 (right opening)
