Not a whole lot to say about it; it is a shack, and it would look at home on a beach. You can put stuff in it! And live there!
No rezboxes or anything involved, just rez it somewhere you can rez, and there it is. It fits in a 13.5m by 8.5m space nicely.
It is copy / modify, so you can rez as many as you want, and you can mess with each one.
(Note that if you mess with the prims, the Land Impact may change in unexpected ways; the current LI of 22 is based on rather careful twiddling with the Physics Shape Type of the various prims.)
The door opens and closes on touch, and the script is probably full-perm in case you want to do anything with it.
The lovely white-wood textures are from Jewell Lamourfou's Distressed Textures (currently located at The Pea).
