How are you expected to get up the stairs? they were put too close to the front wall,and unless your a cat or child avatar your wasting your lindens on this, cute but worthless...refund!
Cute and affordable
Was searching for a dock for my sim when I saw these cute fisherman shack/huts. They're compact but there's enough space to live in them if you desired. There is a ladder to a second floor in each hut. They're prim friendly, mod/copy, and 30L for both huts is an absolute bargain.
