This beach/boat house was created to fit in coastal themed residential communities. The entire house is completely linked, so no worries about making sure to select all doors in order to position the house. This house has a footprint of 15m x 20m, can be placed on 512 m2 land and has copy and mod rights so that you can adjust the tinting of the windows/doors or remove the steel tie-downs on the dock to reduce prim count.
The house entrance has 3 sliding doors, a staircase leading to a second story room, and a second outside staircase leading to the rooftop patio. For the 54 low prim version ideal for 512 m2 land, the stairs are replaced with ramps and the two tie-downs are removed.
Doors are lockable. Simply type "/5 menu" (without quote marks) in chat to bring up a menu of options to open, lock, add users, and remove users. Also included with the house are a red and blue decorative life preservers to hang on the walls and an innertube that sits on the dock. Simply touch the innertube to receive copies of a rideable innertubes that works on Linden waters.
This residence is designed with prim consciousness and space availability. If you want something for a water scene, you can't go wrong here. This set of houses (low and hi prim) have a weathered look.
Spacious inside, tinted locking glass door on the front. The high prim model has stairs, life preservers, boat moorings and they toss in an inner tube. I'm using this as a get away place for myself and have set some up for rentals.
