This is the perfect house for newbees and its completly FREE!! A quality freebee is what newbees ... ah c'mon... its what EVERYONE needs.
This is a beach house with furnature, single and couple animations, pool and only 205 prims.

Great little house
This has everything one needs, and in such a lovely package. Airy, pleasant, stylish, and everything ready with just one rez, furniture, curtains, flowers, all. Perfect for a first newbie house, i invited friends over to relax 5 minutes after taking this from the box. Absolute bargain.
