The teeter totter with a difference. The 2 prim base rezzes two different teeter totters. The first is your standard teeter you use with a friend. The second is for you alone.
You want to teeter, but no friend for the other end so pull out the bear totter by touching the bear head on the base.
If your friend is there, pull up the regular totter by touching the base itself.
When done, just say "kill teeter" in chat and all but the base goes away. Tie up only 2 prims when you leave the base out.
