Creator and I figure it out
The creator figure out my issue it was a deformer make sure to only use the original body and no after market deformers for tall shape of avatar only original skeleton deformer made by the original avatar creator.
Lot of time spend by the creator to find my mistake so be cautious and look over you worn items.

Love it however
would be totally nice if the entire legs would fit well with the chunky body mods currently out there ^_^
