"Bella Vista Cottage" is everything you can imagine a beach house should be...large glass windows in the front to give you the perfect view of the outside. The spacious porch ideal for entertaining, relaxing and taking in the sounds and views of either the ocean and yes, even the mountains or whatever natural surroundings you choose.
The first floor of the house has the main room, a master bedroom, a kitchen space, bathroom and bedroom space. The top floor has space for entertaining or you need an extra bedroom to have guests over. The back also has a porch space also ideal for relaxing or to store all the beach gear. The beach house also has a car garage at the bottom to protect your vehicle from the outside elements or just to keep it clean from blowing sand. That's not all... to help keep you in the party spirit during the summer, a built in bar next to the garage is perfect for those long weekends or nights partying at the beach with your family and friends.

Even the floors can be easily changed:
Edit Mode ---- Edit linked part - move shadow layer - add your new texture on second level

I fell in love with this house, it gave me warm feelings of my childhood..This house made me think of my grandmas house growing up in Louisiana.It's perfect in every way,i love the way it looks so real the mesh is beautiful.Thank you for making this home it's so spacious but just the right size and goes well with our lands country theme.Hats off DaD

Another beautiful build from DaD! I needed something that would sit well off a high island piece and this works so well, easy to mod if needed and you know how to improvise or retexture where shadows may be. the big picture window is my favorite part, Incredible thank you! <3
I LOVE THIS HOUSE!
I've several houses of DaD however this really is my favorite. It is exactly the right size and its openness is perfect for the beach. Not too big and not too small. The room color changing light switches make setting the room up perfectly. If I could post pictures here I would.

My home away from home. I love it so much. If you are seeking a fresh, inviting space to call your own this is the home for you! Truly is a wonderfully detailed build. Fun for a whole family, even just for yourself. It has so much to offer. Defiantly recommend it to anyone! Great value too!
