Fixes the splayed/jazzed hands problem on older versions of Belleza Jake.
It re-applys hand animations every 5 seconds to a neutral hand pose so you don't have to worry about applying hand animations every time you teleport to a new location.
Just wear it in addition to your regular AO, as it only animates the finger bones.
