Very poor customer service!!!!!
Before I made this purchase I emailed the Creator, [her email address is provided in her profile] and stated the reason for my email and asked that she contact me via email and/or inworld. She did not. The next day I left another email asking that she contact me, I stated the reason for my email "once again" and hit send. Still nothing. I then sent her yet another email, this time I wasn't so nice. Every email was followed up with a notecard passed to her inworld with the same exact message on it.
I just do not understand why creators think they do not have to respond to their clientele. We are the ones putting money into their account. Customer service is very important to me, it shows appreciation and good moral standing. This Creator obviously does not have either of those qualities.
The Boutique is very nice, and there is a notecard on how to operate everything, except how to use the vendors. That is something that should not of been missed in my opinion.
I am now forced to submit a ticket with Linden Lab because she can not have the decency to reply to me to answer my one question.
I would not recommend buying any of her stuff, because should you need her for anything, she's a ghost.
