They have copy and modify permissions so you can use as many as needed, change the colors, and adjust the size as needed. Depending on what kind of size adjustments you make, the door may need to be re-adjusted in the script, which is modify. There are also semitransparent classic prim physical walls inside the garage walls, which can be removed or repositioned after making the garage the size you need. Land impact of 7, but this can be dropped to 4 if the light is removed. The garage door, light, and structure are all mesh, but the garage floor, driveway, and physical boundary walls inside are classic prim. Scaled down models can be viewed in world.
