Thank you for your interest in this simple but totally correct ben pipe, I do hope that it will be helpful in your building projects.
The LOD levels of this item is very strong with an almost invisible collapse.
UV maps are made in such way that "normal" textures can be applied.
If you need help on how to handle UV and ambient occlusion maps and since I had quite a bit of demand for it, two youtube detailed tutorials have been made for your convenience.

One of the items of these stairs is permanent rezzed inworld.

It is recommended to set your viewers LOD level at 4, higher is not needed and better to avoid.
