Glas Houses "Benthe"
I designed "Benthe" originally for my display at the 2017 Home & Garden Expo. It is a Mid Century Modern built in the style of a local builder where I live. Featuring partial MESH construction and Advanced Lighting (3D) textures, The home is a two bedroom with a stucco finish, exposed ceiling beams and a concrete floor (typical for the style). The kitchen opens up to the living area giving a nice, open feel.

FOOTPRINT: 32 x 24 meters
MINIMUM PLOT SIZE: 2048 sq. m. parcel (4096 recommended)
PERMISSIONS: mod / copy / no transfer
