This is an enchanted satchel of bergamot orange worn on a leather string about your neck. Bergamot is a citrus fruit less sour than lemons and limes, but more bitter than a grapefruit. They are usually grown in Italy and France and are popular in aromatherapy and teas. They are supposed to bring about wealth.
