Issue not responded to - Kupra
I bought these back in the beginning of September and wrote to the shop, as per instructions on their profile, but todate (5 Nov 2024) I have not had a reply and the issue has not been fixed. I've found a problem with the Kupra pair - there's a gap at the bottom of the heel at the back. Will change this review is this issue is fixed.
