Great KJV Except 2 Books are missing
full star full star full star empty star empty star Posted February 06, 2014 by JMarshellB

I agree with JoannDance's review except for one thing. 2 Books are missing. I made a note which ones. Notecard number 93 which is Colossians 1:1-4:18 The notecard is EMPTY. It's not a case of it takes forever to load, I know the difference between that and an empty notecard. When it takes forever you see 'loading', when it's empty there is no 'loading' the card is empty and the only option you have is to Delete unless you type something yourself and then the options are SAVE, DELETE. The other Empty Notecard is number 97 which is II Timothy 1:1-4:22

The good news is the notecards for these missing bible books is here. And I happen to have the 1611 Cambridge King James Version Bible in my home, so I can open these empty notecards and using my Bible put in these missing verses.

HOWEVER, I strongly suggest that the creator of this product, edit this product and do this themselves. Not everyone wanting a KJV, especially the 1611 Cambridge has the time to do this, and nor should they have to. I gave 3 stars because at least the NOTECARDS for the missing books were there so I can fill them in myself, if they hadn't been there I would have given 1 or 2 stars. BUT if the previously mentioned notecards had not been empty I would have given all 5 stars.

Great Bible!

Call me a silly SL newbie (not really but I'll use that excuse), at first I couldn't figure this one out. The only notecard it would give me was Genesis. HOWEVER, problem solved when I changed the view and noticed that I could turn the pages, and the round button on it causes the 'floating bible' to vanish so you don't look odd with a bible floating above your head. BUT the best part about this freebie is that this complete Bible is the King James version! I've just begun reading it, but it appears to be the 1611 Cambridge.. in other words NOT one of the counterfeits like the NIV, etc.

BTW to the person who gave the bad review before me. You can go into edit, then content then move the individual notecards into your inventory if the cards take too long to load for you. OR better yet, go to a low lag sim and try it there.

The only thing that would have made me happier about this product is if on the cover it said 1611 King James.

I didn't realize how large a file this would be. Massive. I had to delete it. So sad.
