Just a bit of extreme silliness. Simply wear the contents of the folder and transform your avatar into a big baby in a pram (turn off your A.O.). It's all attachments, so can be used anywhere. Wheels turn as you move about using normal SL walk controls.
Pram includes a resize script to adjust for different size avatar shapes.
