Who needs a fancy yacht when you can live aboard an old rusty freighter! Finally something different then the common gleaming cruise ship of the rich! Measuring a length of 101.5 meters from bow to stern and a width 27.4 meters from port to starboard, it's large enough to carry the heaviest of cargo. Towering at a height of 28.85 meters, this big old freighter will be the envy of all the pirates and refugees of Second Life.
*Due to lack of proper maintenance, along with it's age, it is incapable of sailing, though it makes for a great mansion on the sea!*
This cargo ship can be rezzed in any port in Second Life, provided that you enough space and permission to do so. This is a slightly updated version, with a redesigned bridge, an engine, propellers and some slightly better welding.
There is many different things one can do with this Big Old Freighter. Since it is both copyable and modifiable it can be made into a variety of structures. A builder with a good imagination can make anything out of it. Simply taking out the cargo containers gives enough space for a large boat house. Textures can be changed and pools can be added to make it into a decent looking cruise ship. It could also be made into a starship or kept as it is, sitting at a urban city harbor. The possibilities are endless!
Beneath the top deck is 1 Huge cargo bay seperated by 3 compartments with a maze of shipping containers. Below that is 2 decks more decks!
*Again it should be noted this ship is not scripted for sailing. It just sits there rusting away.*
The Big Old Freighter is rezzed by using a Rez-Faux box but also comes with a non rez faux version in case of rez-faux failure. It also comes with a darker non-full bright texture version which makes for a great spooky haunted house boat.
Also, updates are free!

See item in Second LifeWell, it's big...but not very detailed, and the prim work is very 'rough'.
The textures are ok, but not great.
Over all, it's a bit too expensive for what you get imho.
Things to improve:
*Textures: Better alignment, more variation
* Better prim work in the front part (too bulky at the very front)
