Since I am re-selling gacha items that I do not create I can not help you fix an item that is broken. You have to contact the creator with problems with the actual item. That said if it is a packing or delivery issue please contact me. I use the Viewer-Managed Marketplace to list items. Items are sold straight from my inventory.
