This is a Birdy Sky rezzer. it will rez Birdy Sky that allow anyone to drive. So you can let people visiting your sim use them without having to ask permission. When they stand up the Birdy Sky will be automatically deleted to prevent clutter being left around on your sim. You can see/try a demo on the surface of my sim apolon island
