NO PBR TEXTURES
Here's two buildings I made for a urban set up at home. The Bistro has a non scripted kitchen it's just for looks but its not linked to the building so you can remove it if you want. The Bistro size is 24 x 12 with a 31 LI.
The bank building is just a prop NO working doors and no entrance just a prop. The bank has an LI of 7 size is 15 x16.
