From my private Dark Academia collection :)
Copy means you can duplicate it.
Modify means you can change its scale and textures.
Be aware that when you resize a mesh, its land impact might increase.
Specific informations :
Each object may own a normal and specular maps. If you want their benefit, and in case you don't have the latest version of your viewer, please check your viewer graphic references are set to Advanced Lighting Model (ALM) :
CTRL+P > Graphics tab > Advanced Lighting Model checked.
