Cool rug with great customer service!
I forked out $50 cuz I wanted a fringed rug that I could change the texture on. However, I guess I wasn't careful enough in applying my own texture - and poof, the fringe turned into a mottle-coloured edging.
Luckily for me, this creator saw my bad review and sent me another rug to try again. Along with a notecard on changing textures ... I thought I knew how to do that, but apparently not.
Be careful editing - it's a No Copy rug. Just a thought for people who make mistakes, and get all frustrated - like me!
