Who says you have to pay a few hundred Linden just to cover a window with something nice. This window blind raises and lowers on a click and you can modify it for color and size too if you want. The base texture for the blinds is white.
Purchasing this will get you one window blind.
There is a full permissions version available as well for 200 Linden if you are a builder and/or just need a bunch of them.

Very nice blinds look really good in skybox big when place it need to resize for window.
